Beverly Park is a commercial real estate services firm based in Rochester, New York. We provide asset management, property management, and advisory services for owners of commercial, mixed-use, and multifamily properties.

Most buildings have managers. Few have operators. We exist to close that gap.

Michael Burton

Co-Founder & Broker

Prior to co-founding Beverly Park Real Estate, Michael led the analysis and underwriting of private real estate investments at Cobblestone Capital Advisors. Before that, he led senior housing and hotel acquisitions at Hamister Group. Michael holds a B.S. in Sport Management from St. John Fisher University and a Master's in Real Estate Development from the University at Buffalo.

Pat LeMoine

Co-Founder & Broker

Pat brings experience across the full lifecycle of commercial real estate. Before co-founding Beverly Park Real Estate, he led development, brokerage, and management work at Fortified / Dutton & Co. in Rochester. Prior to that, he worked on multifamily acquisitions and asset management at FPM Partners in Los Angeles. Pat holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Virginia.
