Who We Are
Beverly Park is a real estate investment management firm based in Rochester, New York. We manage investment partnerships across real estate on behalf of private investors, partnering with experienced operating partners to source, structure, and oversee each investment.
Leadership
Principal
Prior to co-founding Beverly Park Real Estate, Michael led the analysis and underwriting of private real estate investments at Cobblestone Capital Advisors, a registered investment advisor. Before that, he led senior housing and hotel acquisitions at Hamister Group. Michael holds a B.S. in Sport Management from St. John Fisher University and a Master's in Real Estate Development from the University at Buffalo.
Principal
Pat brings experience across the full lifecycle of commercial real estate. Before co-founding Beverly Park Real Estate, he led development, brokerage, and management work at Fortified / Dutton & Co. in Rochester. Prior to that, he worked on multifamily acquisitions and asset management at FPM Partners in Los Angeles. Pat holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Virginia.
